DUPPSTADT
Ada D. Duppstadt, 79, of Grantsville, Md., formerly of Berlin RD 3, died Feb. 7, 1985, in Grantsville. Born Aug. 27, 1905, Brothersvalley Township, a daughter of the late Morgan and Emma (Stuck) Dickey. Preceded in death by her husband, Larry; three brothers; four sisters and two grandchildren. Survived by a son, David D. Meyersdale RD 3; and a daughter, Mrs. Lois Whitacre, Meyersdale RD 3; three grandchildren and a great granddaughter. She was a member of Hays Church. Graduate of Berlin High School and California State Normal School. She was a former school teacher in Somerset County. She was a member of the Hillcrest Grange and the First Society of Farm Women where she served as treasurer. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday with Mr. Harvey Stouffer officiating. Interment, Hays Church Cemetery.
