OBITUARY
ROSE Mrs. Bessie F., 81, Windber, died April 15, 2002, at Windber Medical Center. Born Oct. 19, 1920, in Paint Township, daughter of Dorsey and Effie (Ott) Weaver. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Glenn P.; son, William G.; sister, Anna Mae Hook; and brother, Dorsey. Survived by children , Linda, wife of Richard Kelly, Warren; David Sr., at home; and Edwin, married to former Karen Layton; and James Pete , married to former Betsy Gordon, all of Windber; 13 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Also survived by special family friend, Dee Chicarell, Windber. Member of Rummel Church of the Brethren. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Meek Funeral Home Inc., Windber, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Ken Gresh officiating. Interment, Berkey Cemetery.
