HORRIBLE ACCIDENT--BOILER EXPLOSION--6 MEN KILLED AND 4 WOUNDED.

Vader's Mill, about four miles south of Bevier, was the scene of a horrible catastrophe yesterday afternoon about two o'clock. The boiler exploded, killing 6 men outright and wounding four. The following are the names of the killed and wounded: Thos. Tabor, Johnson Summers, John buster, James Williams, John Shoemaker and Paul Vader, killed. Ellis Nichols, Lyman Vader, Mr. Lisle, and the engineer whose name we could not learn, wounded, Some of the killed were horribly mutilated. Bud Vestal was the only person present that escaped uninjured. Drs. Scroggins Roberts and Fredericks were in attendance, and did all in their power to alleviate the sufferings of those wounded, who were at the last accounts doing well.

Tho. Tabor was blown forty feet from the mill. The boiler shed and one side of the two-story main building were completely demolished. A portion of the boiler was blown a distance of one hundred and seventy-five yards.

We are indebted for these particulars to Mr. W.T. Stphenson, Macon Times.
