OBITUARY

EASH.-On the 20th of April, 1898, in Newbury Twp., Lagrange Co., Ind., after a short illness, Bro. Josiah Eash, aged 34 years, 5 months and 18 days. He was married to Mary Hostettler Jan. 10th, 1884; thus having lived in matrimony 14 years, 3 months and 10 days. He was a faithful member of Mennonite Church, and left a bright evidence that he was at peace with God. Just before closing his eyes to the scenes of earth he admonished his brothers and sisters to live for Christ. He leaves a bereaved young companion, father, four brothers and four sisters.
