Mrs. Janice Workham of Leon, Iowa, and Otto T. Johnson of Browning, Mo., exchanged nuptial vows at their home in Browning at eight o’clock, in the evening, Saturday, February 11.
The Rev. James Fox of the First Baptist Church at Meadville, read the ring ceremony in the presence of friends and relatives.
Mrs. Orville M. Reed of Leon was Matron of Honor. Mr. Reed was the best man.
The bride, who is the owner of the Workman Drug Store in Leon, is a former president of the Leon Business and Professional Womens Club.
They will reside in Browning,
Mr. and Mrs. Johnson departed by plane from Kansas City for Phoenix, Arizona, and Los Angeles, California.
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jones were hosts at a wedding dinner for twenty-two following the ceremony.
Those attending from Leon included: Mr. and Mrs. Oral Frost, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Willard W. Craig, Mr. and Mrs. Verl McClatchey and Mr. and Mrs. Reed.
Guests from Browning at the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Rex Hooker, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Adams, Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Zimmerman, Mr. and Mrs. Otis Lawrence and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jones.
The Johnsons entertained the Leon guests at a weekend house party.
