Man Injured When Tree Falls On Him At Joyce, La. Dies
Cullen Neeper , 44 years old, who was injured at the logging camp of the Tremont Lumber Company, at Joyce, La., when a log fell upon him and crushed his head, and who was carried to the Baptist Sanitarium on Tuesday, died at 7:20 o'clock Tuesday night.
Deceased was born and reared at Leola, Ark. His wife died two years ago. He is survived by five children. The are Mrs. Imogene McDaniel of Malvern, Ark.; Misses Ressie and Loula Neeper, of Joyce; Miss Gladys Neeper of Malvern, Ark., and Granville Neeper of Lono, Ark. He also leaves his mother, Mrs. Cynthia Neeper of Leola, Ark., and three brothers, Philip, Harvey, and Oscar Neeper, all of Leola. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
His body was sent to Leola, Ark., for interment.
