MARRIAGE ANNOUNCEMENT - Barrows/Atkins

At the residence of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. Barrows, on Sunday, November 1st at 7:30 p.m., occurred the marriage of their daughter, Miss Dora to J. G. Atkins. Rev. M. R. F. Nickell officiating in the presence of a large crowd of relatives and friends. After the ceremony the guests were invited into the dining room where a three course supper was served. They were the recipients of many valuable presents. After the supper the guests were treated to some excellent music.

Miss Dora is a beautiful and accomplished young lady and has everyone for her friend. J. G., the son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Atkins, is a promising and well-to-do young farmer who is well and favorably known here.

Mr. and Mrs. Atkins will be at home to their many friends on their farm about six miles northwest of this place.

The Leader-Record joins their many friends in extending congratulations and wishing them a long, happy and prosperous life.
